EARTHQUAKE! Discussing 9.0 FULL RIP of the Cascadia Subduction Zone

The last full rupture of the Cascadia Subduction Zone (and this link)occurred on January 26, 1700, resulting in a powerful earthquake and tsunami. This event is estimated to have had a magnitude between 8.7 and 9.2.
